The Condor Motel dates back
to the 1950s. The oldest section that faces Ocean Ave was once known as the Melody Court. Later the name changed
to the El Condor. Business was booming in the 1960s and 1970s so the owners kept expanding.You can see that the newest part
of the motel faces 16th Ave. This section was built around 1971.The old section which was once Melody Court faces Ocean
Ave. I must say that our visit was a very enjoyable one. The Condor Motel is extremely clean and well maintained. According
to the owners the name EL Condor was dropped because of all the confusion between there Motel and the El Coranado Motel. Deliveries
for supplies and other things were constantly getting mixed up between the two places. Among other things they decided to
drop the "EL" off the motels name! Condor Motel is locted at 1507 Ocean Ave North Wildwood NJ. It is one of the
best locations one could ask for. Located at the Begining of the boardwalk in north wildwood and just a few steps away from

I would like to thank Frank and Catherine Sorrentino owners for 21 years for
taking the time to give me all this great info on there beautiful motel. Be sure to visit there website and next time you
